  140. may not suit your particular requirements or be completely trouble-free.

  142. and with proper application. Roxbury Rsearch Inc. will not assume respon-
  143. sibility for errors in the documentation or problems resulting from the
  144. use of this software.

  147. fund of your contribution (if you have registered). We have no liability
  148. to you or any other person or entity for any damage or loss, including
  149. special, incidental, or consequential damages, caused by this software,
  150. directly or indirectly. Some states do not allow the limitation or ex-
  151. clusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above
  152. limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
